Spatial Editing in Bluewater |

Bluewater has a spatial editing module to support changing project plans and design. The spatial data which comprises the project can be changed in any meaningful way to test the impact of those changes on project costs, timelines and equipment usage. The Spatial Editing module
The module provides a bird's eye view of the project for creating edits. An external 3D view of the project can be created alongside the bird's eye view to illustrate the topography of the editing area.
The module provides an interface for creating spatial edits which requires no GIS experience. Editing modes allow for adding new features, removing existing features, adjusting feature locations and modifying attributes of features.
No GIS experience required. For example - to remove a portion of an existing feature: select the feaure and then draw a shape over the portion you wish to remove.
