The highly flexible reporting module within Bluewater provides for a wide range of reports. Users can see overall cost reports, productivity rates of machines and employees, and examine the costs and methods associated with any phase of work.
Data can be exported into file formats suitable for most accounting programs, meaning information only needs to be entered once - no more double entry.
Every report is implemented with a set of filters to control what information can make it's way into the report allowing the user complete control over Bluewater reports.
For example, this reporting filter is for revenue-expense summary reports in the Transportation Industry. It consists of 4 filters.
Date Range - select the date range for the report
Companies - select the companies to include in the report
Client - Select the clients to include in the report
Region - Select the regions to include in the report
This type of reporting framework makes it very easy to get answers for questions like:
How is each company performing on their own?
What profitability is being achieved for each client?
What profitability is being achieved for each region?
As well as very specific questions that combine all of the filters:
What are the revenue / expenses that GCL Paper Supplies has generated with these clients to these regions?
